He also commented that relative to <br />intergovernmental relations, while he does not sit down at the Legislature <br />and testify on various bills, he is in contact with the City's Legislator and <br />works with them on the issues important to Little Canada. In response to <br />comments about Professional and Personal Development, the <br />Administrator noted that he has a Masters Degree and was not interested <br />in pursuing a Doctorate. He also noted the professional development <br />courses he has taken with Don Salverda on leadership. <br />The Council then reviewed the Administrator's compensation for 2006, <br />informing him that his salary would be set at $91,500, plus a $5,000 City <br />contribution toward his deferred compensation plan.
