MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />DECEMBER 14, 2005 <br />for the installation of a parking bay along B-2 that the City also gets the <br />benefiC of. The Administrator stated that he also agreed with the <br />comments made by the Fire Chief relative to the need for numerous <br />volunteer firefights to respond to false alarms. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO.2005-IZ-29I -DENYING THE APPEAL OF THE <br />ROSEVILLE AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT RELATIVE TO FALSE <br />ALARM FINES BASED ON THE COMMENTS MADE BY THE <br />LITTLE CANADA FIRE CHIEF <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Allan. <br />Ayes (4) Allan, Montour, LaValle, Keis. <br />Nays (1) Blesener. Resolution declared adopted. <br />PARKS & Ms. Allan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RECREATION <br />COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2005-72-292 -APPOINTING PAM DAMS TO A <br />APPOINTMENT THREE YEAR TERM ON THE PARKS & RECREATION <br />COMMISSION EFFECTIVE JANUARY I, 2006 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />2006 Council reviewed the report of the Public Works Superintendent <br />WATER dated December 14, 2005 relative to 2006 water meter prices. <br />METER <br />PRICES Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-I2-293 -ACCEPTING THE <br />RECOMMENDATION OF THE PUBLIC WORKS <br />SUPERINTENDENT RELATIVE TO 2006 WATER METER <br />PRICING AS OUTLINED IN HIS REPORT DATED DECEMBER 14, <br />2005 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Allan. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0).
