MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JULY 22, 2015 <br />EAST <br />METRO <br />STRONG <br />INITIATIVE <br />COUNTY <br />PROSECUTORS <br />MEETING <br />ADJOURN <br />Torkelson reported that the East Metro Strong Initiative will be hosting <br />a workshop on July 30th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at which they will <br />demonstrate interactive GIS software that can be used as a planning tool. <br />The intent of this demonstration is to show how this GIS software can be <br />used as a planning tool to achieve more density and make transit <br />opportunities more viable. The location of the workshop has not yet been <br />determined. Torkelson reported that he will forward additional <br />information to the Council when he receives it. Torkelson indicated that <br />the public is also invited to attend the workshop. <br />The City Attorney reported that the County Attorney will be hosting a <br />meeting of Ramsey County prosecutors at the Little Canada City Center <br />August 6, 2015. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:40 p.m. <br />Attest: <br />son, City Administrator <br />16 <br />
