MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JULY 22, 2015 <br />McGraw asked if any fencing was planned for around the parking lot. <br />O'Connell stated that there are no plans for fencing the parking lot. <br />Vehicles will be in and out of this property. He indicated that occasionally <br />there may be a vehicle in the parking lot during the day. O'Connell noted <br />that Suburban Auto has plenty of outdoor storage areas on their other two <br />sites. <br />Fischer clarified that parking lot at the South Owasso Blvd. will be used <br />for customer and employee parking. O'Connell replied that that was <br />correct. He indicated that occasionally there may be a car dropped off in <br />the parking lot, but it is there intent that vehicles will not be stored in this <br />parking lot. <br />Montour asked if engine work would be done at the South Owasso <br />location. O'Connell reported that they do mechanical work at their Ryan <br />Industrial Park location. He noted that their auto body people do not do <br />mechanical work. O'Connell reported that initially this location will be <br />used for detail work, but eventually there will be body work done at the <br />South Owasso Blvd. location. The City Planner reported that Major Auto <br />Repair includes both auto body and mechanical work. <br />There was no one from the general public present wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by McGraw, seconded by Fischer, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2015-7-142 — APPROVING A CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT FOR MAJOR AUTO REPAIR FOR PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 405, 407, AND 409 SOUTH OWASSO BLVD. FOR <br />SUBURBAN AUTO BODY SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH ALL <br />ZONING CODE REQUIREMENTS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />2014 AUDIT Chris Knopik and Michelle Hoffman, CliftonLarsonAllen, the City's <br />Auditors, appeared before the Council to present the results of the 2014 <br />Audit. Knopik reported that the audit results provide reasonable, but not <br />absolute assurance of the City's financial status. He noted that the City <br />4 <br />
