Contract No.: Address/City/State/Zip: 3230 Rice Street, St. Paul, MN 55126 Total Supplemental Agreement Amount $ 30,200.00 This contract is between the City of Little Canada and the Contractor as follows: WHEREAS: This current project includes street, sidewalk, and signal modifications from Interstate 35E to Edgerton Street; and WHEREAS: The addition of signal work at the interstate ramps triggered ADA push 1 button standard upgrade requirements for the pedestrian crossings; and WHEREAS: Damage occurred to the existing traffic loops on Little Canada Road east and west of Centerville Road which was not avoidable due to the milling operation; and WHEREAS: The damage was not discovered until after the final wear paving was completed; and WHEREAS: It was determined that the least disruptive method for reinstalling the loops would be to saw in new loops; and WHEREAS: The City Engineer and County Engineer determined that the work should be completed with this project to avoid future impacts to the improvements already being completed. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY MUTUALLY AGREED AND UNDERSTOOD THAT: 1. The Contractor agrees to complete the above described changes and additions to the project. 2. This Agreement does not change any of the contract provisions unless otherwise identified in this Agreement. 3. Payment for the work was reviewed and approved by the Engineer. 4. The Contractor will not make claim of any kind or character for any other costs or expenses that he may have incurred or that he may hereafter incur in performing the work or furnishing the materials of this agreement.
