The security system was budgeted at $25,000. The contract with Electro -Watchmen for <br />the card access readers and door contacts is for $12,286. The cameras cost $5658. That <br />yields a total of $17,944 for security. The final number is right in <br />line with the number when construction started so James Steele did a nice job of avoiding <br />major change orders and additions. <br />Outstanding items include a crane or forklift, trees, mezzanine shelving on the east side <br />of the building, and possible other equipment needs that arise. The construction portion <br />of the budget should be finished and now it is just the equipment and other needs that will <br />require possible additional expenditures. <br />
