MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />AUGUST 13, 2015 <br />Division subdividing one lot into two and PUD Permits allowing outdoor <br />storage on parcels A and B for Precision Tree at 50 South Owasso Blvd. <br />subject to compliance with the recommendations of the City Planner as <br />outlined in his August 7, 2015 report. <br />Motion seconded by Buesing. <br />Motion carried 7 — 0. <br />SALE OF The City Planner reported that with the construction of the new Public <br />3100 COUNTRY Works facility, the City would like to sell the former Public Works <br />DRIVE building at 3100 Country Drive. The Planner indicated that the <br />Commission is being asked to determine whether the sale and subsequent <br />industrial use of the property is consistent with the City's Comp Plan and <br />Land Use Plan. The Planner noted that the Comp Plan guides the area for <br />industrial use. <br />Murphy moved that the Commission finds the sale of the City's property <br />at 3100 Country Drive for future industrial use is consistent with the <br />Comp Plan and Land Use Plan. <br />Motion seconded by Duray. <br />Motion carried 7 — 0. <br />FORMER Duray asked the status of the former Clark Station property. The City <br />CLARK Planner indicated that the property owner contacted him regarding the <br />STATION possibility of a coffee shop with a drive-through. It was noted that the gas <br />tanks are being removed from the property. The City Clerk reported that <br />she spoke with the property owner who indicated their interest in <br />redeveloping the site given the difficulty of successfully operating a gas <br />station/convenience store in that location. <br />ADJOURN There being no further business, Duray adjourned the meeting at 7:52 p.m. <br />Respect <br />lly submitte <br />Kat y Glanz <br />City Clerk <br />4 <br />
