Ramsey-Washington Metro Watershed <br />District <br />2346 Helen Street • No. St. Paul, MN 55109 • 651-704-2089 <br />Neighborhood Meeting Notice <br />Thursday, November 4, 2004 <br />7:30 PM <br />Little Canada City Hall <br />You are invited to attend a meeting at the Little Canada City Hall to provide your input <br />and concerns about the proposed construction of the Ramsey-Washington Meh~o <br />Watershed District Off ce Building on the Noel Drive lot across from Little Canada City <br />Hall. This meeting is being hosted by the Little Canada Parks Commission and will <br />occur at the beginning of their regular Commission meeting. <br />The District Architect is in the early stages of preliminary design for the project, no <br />drawings are available, but we are actively seeking input on desired building features and <br />space needs. Your input would be appreciated on any issues related to the building <br />appearance, landscaping, location, and features. <br />Following this meeting and others with the District Board, staff, and Design Team, the <br />Architects will be preparing a preliminary design and site plan. This preliminary design <br />will them be presented at a second neighbixhood meeting on January 6, 2005. The <br />preliminary design will then be used to secure final approvals from the City of Little <br />Canada. <br />
