Jim Morelan
From: Jessica Jagoe
mt: Tuesday, October 19, 2004 8:33 AM
fo: Jim Morelan; Joel Hanson; Kathy Glanzer
Subject: FW: Bald Eagle Sighting
FYI
-----Original Message-----
From: Brittany Chudik [mailto:brittany.a.chudik@uwrf.edu]
Sent: Sunday, October 17, 2004 5:07 PM
To: Jessica Jagoe
Subject: Bald Eagle Sighting
To whom it may concern,
Hello, I am a college student at the University of Wisconsin River
Falls
and I am writing to inform your community that I saw a bald eagle in the
area of Little Canada. On Friday at about 6:30 pm, my boyfriend and I
were traveling West on 36, just about to pass under 35E when I saw a
large black bird soaring in the sky. As the bird decended, I saw his
signature white legs and head. He gracefully swooped down to catch a
fish out of the adjactent lake. Seeing the Bald Eagle was the highlight
of my weekend. I wanted to inform someone of my sighting. I am sending
this to you, because this is the closest city (that I know about) to the
sighting. I hope that you are just as excited about a Bald Eagle in
vour area!
~mcerely,
Brittany A. Chudik
Brittany.a.chudik@uwrf.edu
