MINUTES <br />Parks & Recreation Commission <br />December 2, 2004 <br />.,. GONER PK Sanders stated that the project has ended up costing more than was anticipated, but the project <br />STORAGE is scheduled to move forward. <br />BUILDING <br />PIONEER Sanders stated that the conn•actor is waiting for the land to dry out before starting the project. <br />WARNING If needed, the project may have to be delayed until spring. <br />TRACK <br />SIGNAGE Sanders stated that there are a few changes the fire department would like to make to the sign <br />for the fire fghters memorial trail. Once those changes are made to the design, work will begin <br />on both the fire fighters memorial trail sign and the Spooner Park sign. <br />COMMISSION Sackett Glaser reminded those who have terms that are about to expire, to submit their letters of <br />VACANCIES interest to Little Canada City Center as soon as possible. Staff will continue advertising until all <br />positions are filled. No outside applications have been received to-date. <br />OTHER The holiday party with the Mayor and Council is scheduled on December 21 at Little Canada <br />City Center. Commission members were encouraged to attend. <br />ADJOURN Gray recommended that the meeting be adjourned. <br />Motion seconded by Larson. <br />Motion carried 4 - 0. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:45 p.m. <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
