Hanson <br />As requested, I have put together a report of businesses in Little Canada with a combination of <br />three or more signs. <br />Signs are in compliance with city codes: <br />US Sank, 2850 Rice Street- frontage on two streets. <br />Goodyear, 2600 Rice Street -multi-tenant building conditional use permit approved. <br />Arby's, 2300 Rice Street - fontage on two streets. <br />Bally's, 71 Minnesota Avenue -previous frontage on two streets (when Aldi Foods was built, <br />created outlot to allow for existence of pylon and maintain frontage on two streets). <br />Snyder's, 2920 Rice Street -comprehensive sign plan approved. <br />Taste of Scandinavia, 2900 Rice Street -comprehensive sign plan approved. <br />Anderson Cleaners, 2760 Lakeshore Avenue -multi-tenant building conditional use permit <br />approved. <br />Signs are not in compliance with city codes: <br />Rice @ C Center, 264 Rice Street - frontage on two streets. Note: Subway has two sisms. <br />This is not in compliance with code, but could be resolved with master sign plan for shopping <br />center. <br />All American Recreation complex, 2940 Rice Street -does not meet current standards, <br />existence of multiple signs could be resolved with master sign plan for multi-tenant blinding. <br />I-L'.kssic~JACortcspon<ienca~l essica ~004~AIdi Sign vm'iance.Joc <br />
