MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />AUGUST 26, 2015 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2015-8-174 - TEMPORARIL YADJOURNING <br />THE REGULAR COUNCL MEETING AND CONVENING INTO <br />CLOSED SESSION TO CONSIDER OFFERS TO PURCHASE CITY <br />PROPERTY AT 3100 COUNTRY DRIVE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The Council convened into closed session at 8:59 p.m. <br />Fischer introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2015-8-175 - ADJOURNING THE CLOSED <br />SESSION AND RECONVENING THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL <br />MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The regular meeting was reconvened at 9:05 p.m. <br />Keis reported that in closed session the Council reviewed the three offers <br />to purchase 3100 Country Drive. The Council then directed City staff to <br />move forward with the preparation of a purchase agreement relative to the <br />highest offer to purchase.
