MINUTES <br />CUP — <br />201 LITTLE <br />CANADA <br />ROAD — <br />GORDIES' <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />SEPTEMBER 23, 2015 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 23rd day of <br />September, 2015 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Council Member <br />City Administrator <br />Finance Director <br />City Attorney <br />City Attorney <br />Cable TV Producer <br />Cable TV Producer <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Tom Fischer <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Mr. Christian Torkelson <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Ms. Sharon Provos <br />Mr. Patrick Kelly <br />Mr. Martin Norder <br />Mr. Kevin Helander <br />Ms. Vanessa Van Alstine <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2015-9-180 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE SEPTEMBER 9, 2015 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING AND <br />THE SEPTEMBER 9, 2015 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fischer. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />Keis noted that the Council approved a Conditional Use Permit for <br />outdoor recreation consisting of bean bags, volley ball, horseshoes, body <br />ball, bocce ball, boot hockey, and broom ball in conjunction with the <br />serving and consumption of alcoholic beverages for Gordies' Place <br />earlier this year. One of the conditions of approval was for a review of the <br />CUP each September. <br />1 <br />
