MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />SEPTEMBER 23, 2015 <br />permits. The Administrator indicated that he would pass Waite's concerns <br />on to the Sheriff's Department. <br />CLOSED The City Attorney recommended that the Council go into closed session <br />SESSION - as authorized under MN Statute 13D05.3B relating to attorney/client <br />2708 privilege to discuss threatened litigation relative to 2708 Edgerton Street. <br />EDGERTON <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2015-9-191— TEMPORARILY ADJOURNING <br />THE REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AND CONVENING INTO <br />CLOSED SESSION TO DISCUSS THREATENED LITIGATION <br />RELATIVE TO 2708 EDGERTON STREET <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The Council went into closed session at 8:22 p.m. <br />Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2015-9-192 —ADJOURNING THE CLOSED <br />SESSION AND RECONVENING THE REGULAR COUNCIL <br />MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The regular Council meeting was reconvened at 8:44 p.m. <br />The City Attorney reported that during the closed session the Council <br />discussed possible litigation relative to 2708 Edgerton Street. The <br />Attorney reported that during that session he advised the City Council of <br />the issues and received guidance from the Council as to how to go <br />forward. <br />ADJOURN There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:45 p.m. <br />Attest: <br />11 <br />
