Update weather hotline with cancellation notices. Schedule and cancel outdoor field lighting. Negotiate field use fees by other entities for leagues and tournaments. (Sunday Church Softball League, Roseville Youth Baseball, Maplewood Athletic Association Baseball, Maplewood Parks and Recreation Softball, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday Adult Softball, High School Soccer, Tri -County Fast Pitch, Roseville Fast Pitch and MRPA) Schedule and invoice field use for games by outside leagues.
