MINUTES CITY COUNCIL OCTOBER 14, 2015 PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) DISTRICT FOR USAGE AS A MULTI -TENANT INDUSTRIAL BUILDING AND APPROVAL OF PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) PERMITS FOR OUTDOOR STORAGE FOR ALL OR SOME OF THE BUILDING TENANTS AS REQUESTED BY JIM SCHWALBACH, NORTH HEIGHTS HARDWARE, SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PLANNER AS OUTLINED IN HIS OCTOBER 5, 2015 REPORT The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. SALE OF Linda and Troy Natus appeared before the Council requesting approval of BRADY'S an On -Sale Liquor License and a Sunday License for 2500 Rice Street, the ON RICE current location of Brady's on Rice Street. Linda Natus reported that they STREET- are purchasing Brady's from the Tulgren family and are proposing to 2500 RICE operate Mama T's Castle Tap. The closing on the sale is scheduled for STREET- tomorrow. LINDA AND TROY NATUS Montour asked if the Natus' were requesting a 2 A.M. License. Linda Natus replied that they are not. The City Clerk reported that all application materials have been submitted along with the appropriate Certificate of Liquor Liability Insurance. The Sheriff's Department Background Checks are also satisfactory. The Clerk recommended approval of the licenses subject to the closing of the business sale. McGraw asked about signage. Linda Natus reported that the face of the existing pylon sign will be changed. She indicated that the signage on the building has not yet been finalized. Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2015-10-195 — APPROVING AN ON -SALE LIQUOR LICENSE AND SUNDAY LICENSE FOR LINDA AND TROY NATUS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2500 RICE STREET SUBJECT TO THE SUCCESSFUL CLOSING OF THE SALE WITH THE TULGREN FAMILY FOR BRADY'S ON RICE STREET The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour.
