Hanson <br />Viviana Leon, dba El Sombrero Mexican Restaurant, has made application for an On -Sale <br />Liquor License and an On -Sale Sunday Liquor License. Application materials are in order, <br />including a Certificate of Liquor Liability Insurance. A satisfactory Sheriff's Department <br />Background Check has been received on Ms, Leon. The only piece of information missing is a <br />Workers Compensation Insurance policy number. <br />Subject to the Council's approval of an ordinance amendment increasing the number of On -Sale <br />Restaurant Liquor Licenses and receipt of the Workers Compensation policy number, staff <br />recommends approval of the issuance of the liquor licenses requested. <br />
