Section 3. <br />Section 703.110 (2), RESTRICTIONS ON NUMBER OF LICENSES. is hereby amended to <br />read as follows <br />(2) No more than five (5) on -sale intoxicating liquor licenses, no more than two (2) <br />"on -sale restaurant" intoxicating liquor license, and no more than one (1) "on -sale restaurant - <br />event center" intoxicating liquor license shall be issued within the City of Little Canada. It is <br />hereby noted that State Statute allows the City up to six (6) on -sale intoxicating liquor licenses, <br />plus two (2) additional on -sale intoxicating liquor licenses authorized by Chapter 240, 1987 <br />Laws, State Statute also allows the City an unlimited number of "on -sale restaurant" <br />intoxicating liquor licenses. <br />Section 4. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and publication, <br />John T, Keis, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Joel Hanson, Administrator <br />AYES: <br />NAYS: <br />Adopted this 28th day of October, 2015, <br />
