Hanson <br />Attached is a request from Tony Frattalone, Frattalone Companies, requesting a bow hunting <br />permit to take deer on their property at 3205 Spruce Street. As the Council is aware, the decision <br />was to not conduct a deer hunt this year. Given the unusual circumstances in this area with the <br />loss of cover due to the senior housing development and the injured deer, it would be staff's <br />recommendation to issue Frattalone Companies a bow and arrow permit to take up to two deer. <br />The permit would run through the end of December. <br />
