The proposed pond will need to be designed to NURP standards for dead and <br />live storage, 4:1 side slopes, and a 10 foot bench at the normal water level. An <br />emergency overflow must also be provided for the pond. <br />The outlet pipe into the ditch west of the property should be rip-rapped to the <br />normal water level of the ditch. <br />9. On the final utility plan the top of curb elevations must be provided at all radius <br />points and break points. <br />10. A grading plan will also need to be provided with the final plans for review to <br />ensure that all drainage can be contained within the drainage and utility <br />easements provided. The grading plan should provide the garage floor and first <br />floor elevations of each house. <br />11.
