There appears to be a retaining wall proposed along the south lot line of Lot 3. <br />Information should be provided regarding the top and bottom wall elevations. <br />3. The south end of Lot 6 between the stormwater pond and the 874 elevation should be <br />modify to eliminate ponding at the 874 contour, or spot elevations should be provided to <br />verify that the area will drain to the east. <br />4. Emergency overflows should be provided and labeled for each stormwater pond. In <br />addition, detail should be provided on the outlet structure. <br />5. Top of curb elevations should be provided at all radius points and breakpoints. <br />6. Pipe sizes, lengths, and grades should be provided for all sanitary and storm sewer <br />runs. In addition, all storm sewer structures should be labeled with a rim and invert <br />elevation. <br />7. The existing conditions indicate a well to the east of the westernmost existing house. <br />This well must be abandoned by a licensed contractor. The existing well for the other <br />home must also be located and abandoned in the same manner. <br />8. Hydrants should be added to the utility plan to provide fire protection for the new homes <br />within the subdivision.
