MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JANUARY 14, 2004 <br />HAND GOODS opposition to renewal of these licenses. <br />DEALERS <br />LICENSES There was no one from the general public present wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by Blesener, seconded by LaValle, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI. UTION NO. 2004-I-2 -APPROVING THE RENEWAL. OF <br />THE FOLLOWING LICENSES FOR THE LICENSE PERIOD <br />.TANUARY 1, 2004 THROUGH DECEM73ER 31, 2004: <br />PAWN 73ROKERS LICENSE <br />LINCOLN PAWN & .IEWELRY <br />.S'ECOND HAND GOODS DEALEILS LICENSE <br />LINCOLN PAWN & .IEWELRY <br />CIIRIST IAN LIFE MINISTRIES <br />JOE'S SPORTING GOODS <br />SAI,VATIONARMY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Fahey, Anderson, Montow'. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ECONOMIC Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />DEVELOPMENT <br />AUTHORITY RESOI UTION NO. 20(14-I-3 - TEMPORARIL Y AD.IOURNING THE <br />CITY COUNCIL MEET LNG AND CONVENING AS THE <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTIORITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Montour, Anderson, Fahey, Blesener. <br />Nays (0).
