MINUTI';S <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />FEBRUARY 11, 2004 <br />TOUR OF The Council indicated their availability to tour the .District 82 building <br />DISTRICT 82 on Wednesday, March 10, 2004, at 6:30 p.m. <br />BUILDING <br />COSSACK The City Attorney indicated that a March trial has been set for the <br />PROPERTY Cossack criminal citations that were issued this past summer. In addition <br />to these violations, the City recently issued additional citations for 13 <br />different offenses. The City Attorney recommended that no additional <br />citations be issued until the March trial date. The Attorney reported that <br />the City is also pursuing a civil complaint for injunction and will serve <br />that prior to the court appearance. <br />CLOSED Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />SII5SION <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2004-2-37 -CONVENING INTO CLOSED <br />SES.570N TO DISCUSS THE PRESERVE LITIGATIONAS <br />RECOMMENDED 13Y THE CITYATTORNEY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Anderson. <br />Ayes (4) LaValle, Anderson, Montour, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />At this point in the meeting, 8:48 p.m., the Council went into closed <br />session. <br />ADJOURN Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI UTION NO. 20114-2-.3R - AD.IOURNING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Anderson. <br />Ayes (4) LaValle, Anderson, Blesener, Montour. <br />Nays (0).
