MINUT>CS <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />FEBRUARY 11, 2004 <br />CHARITY that internal controls have been put in place to ensure that the situation <br />PLUS does not reoccur. Linda Fahey further noted that the organization and <br />these controls have been reviewed by the Gambling Control Board, and <br />they are confident that the appropriate corrective measures have been <br />taken. <br />Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />REb"07. UTION NO. 2004-2-33 -APPROVING THE RENEWAL. OF <br />GAM731_ING LICENSE AND PREMISES PERMIT FOR <br />MILLENNIUM CHARITY PI. US AT THE LITTLE CANADA BINGO <br />HAIL FOR TILE LICENSE PERIOD MAY I, 2004 THROUGHAPRIL <br />30, 2006 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (4) Montour, LaValle, Fahey, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />UBC AND Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />FIRE COD>/ <br />RESOI UTION NO. 2004-2-34 -ADOPTING THE 200313UILDING <br />CODE AND THF, 2003 FIRE CODE AS RECOMMENDED I3Y CITY <br />STAFF <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Anderson. <br />Ayes (4) LaValle, Anderson, Montour, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />BUILDING The City Administrator reviewed the analysis of proposed new building <br />FJr>/S fees prepared by the Accounting Supervisor and the Building Official. <br />The Administrator noted that while there is no statutory requirement as <br />related to building fee schedule, the fees must be based on the reasonable <br />cost of providing the service. The Administrator felt the proposed fee <br />schedule would meet that test. He further noted that if it generated <br />continued, excessive revenues, we tau always act to lower the fee in the <br />future. <br />Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI, UTION NO. 2004-2-35 -ADOPTING THE BUILDING <br />PERMIT FEE SCHED UI,E AS RECOMMENDED 73Y CITY STAFF <br />
