MINUTES CITY COUNCIL APRIL 14, 2004 The City Administrator suggested the addition of the phrase "at the City's full discretion" in the paragraph addressing the re-use of the site. Fahey noted the re-use of other publicly zoned property in the City with less than desirable uses. Therefore, the City should take steps to ensure it has the proper controls over the future re-use of the property.
