MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 14, 2004 <br />AREA Council noted the update information provided by the Public Works <br />CONSTRUCTTON Director on area construction project. <br />PROJECTS <br />FIRE RELIEF Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption; <br />MEETING <br />RESOI, UTION NO. 2004-4-75 -CALLING FOR A LITTLE CANADA <br />FIRE RELIEF MEETING FOR TUESDAY, MAY 11, 2004 AT 6:30 <br />P.M. AT THE CITY CENTER <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Montour, Anderson, Fahey, Blesener. <br />Nays(0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />OFF-SALE Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />3.2 MALT <br />LIQUOR REb`OLUTION NO. 2004-4-76 -APPROVING T'HE ISSUANCE OF <br />LICENSE - A 3.2 INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSE TO ALDI FOODS <br />ALDI FOODS AS RESOMMENDED 73Y CITYSTAFF <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Fahey, Anderson, Montour. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CABLE TV Montour noted the improved picture quality as a result of the new Cable <br />CAMERAS TV cameras purchased with the City's cable franchise monies. <br />ADJOURN Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2004-4-77 -ADJOURNING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Fahey, Anderson, Blesener, Montour. <br />Nays (0).
