MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 14, 2004 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5) Anderson, Montour, Fahey, Blesener, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CONSENT The Council removed Item #6, Lighting Improvement Project at the Old <br />AGENDA Fire Hall, from the consent agenda. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-4-67-APPROVING T'HE CONSENT <br />AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />*APPROVAI. OF TEMPORARYLIQUOR LICEN.S`E FOR ST. <br />.IOHN'S SCHOOL SILENT AUCTION; <br />*APPROVAL OF PAY ESTIMATE FOR 2003 STREET PRO.IECTS <br />FOR PARK CONSTRUCTION; <br />''REVOCATION OF MSA DESIGNATION ON CENTERVILLE <br />ROAD FROM LITTL E CANADA ROAD TO ELI ROAD; <br />*AWARDING THE 2004.5'EAI. COATING 737D AS RECOMMENDED <br />]3Y THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR; <br />"AWARDING 2004 STREET SWEEPING I3ID Ab` RECOMMENDED <br />I3Y THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR; <br />xACCEPTANCE OF LITTLE CANADA KOAD FROM RAM.S`EY <br />COUNTY; <br />*APPROVAL OF THE VOUCHERS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Montour, Anderson, LaValle, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />LIGHTING Montour suggested that more than one quote be obtained for the lighting <br />IMPROVEMENT improvement at the Old Fire Hall. The City Administrator replied that the <br />AT OLD FIRE City typically does obtain more than one quote for work Ile indicated <br />HALL staff will either come back with additional prices, or report back on why <br />that is not feasible. <br />
