RENOVATION The City Administrator presented a letter of understanding with the O,F 594 Cn'eater Metropolitan Housing Corporation for the renovation of 594 COUNTY County Road B-2. The Administrator also noted that the work scope ROAD B-2 that was developed for this property is based on GMAC's extensive experience in this type of work. The anticipated sale price for the property is $290,000 to $300,000. Anderson asked if the project is consistent with the agreement that the City has with the landowner. The City Administrator reported that it was, noting that the agreement provides for the City to recover its costs before the initiation of the profit sharing clause.
