Resolution declared adopted. <br />RENOVATION The City Administrator presented a letter of understanding with the <br />O,F 594 Cn'eater Metropolitan Housing Corporation for the renovation of 594 <br />COUNTY County Road B-2. The Administrator also noted that the work scope <br />ROAD B-2 that was developed for this property is based on GMAC's extensive <br />experience in this type of work. The anticipated sale price for the property <br />is $290,000 to $300,000. <br />Anderson asked if the project is consistent with the agreement that the <br />City has with the landowner. <br />The City Administrator reported that it was, noting that the agreement <br />provides for the City to recover its costs before the initiation of the profit <br />sharing clause. The Administrator also noted that City staff has gone <br />
