Resolution declared adopted. <br />PIT .INA PARD The Council reviewed the request of the Pitrina .Park Townhome <br />CUL-DE -;SACS Association to make the cul-de-sacs within this area public streets so that the <br />City would be responsible for their maintenance. They also noted the <br />information provided by City staff on other private streets in the City and the <br />impact that approval of this request would have. <br />Fahey felt that the staffs recommendation to deny the request was a solid one <br />and indicated that he was unwilling to accept the cul-de-sacs as City streets. <br />Scalze agreed and felt acceptance would set a terrible precedent.
