Our comments are; <br />1) . It. .18 -acceptable to have portions of the sanitary sewer, on, private property, provided that <br />adequate easements..are dedicated and that buildings are not placed within the easements. An <br />appropriate permanent utility easement width for this line. is 40 feet, <br />2) The. City should own and maintain all sanitat lines downstream of the proposed manholes, <br />That is, the lines from clean outs to manholes. should be privately owned and maintained, <br />3) It may be wise to place restrictions on the building of decks and .other structures which could <br />be built within, the utility easements. <br />4) * Tbie existing cast/west sanitary sewer line at the south end of the site is, and will remain, <br />approximately 2$-27 feet deep.
