Hanson <br />Following an on-site meeting on September 2 with Joel Hanson, City Administrator, and <br />Paige Ahlborg, Ramsey Washington Metro Watershed District, it has been determined <br />that your fill permit is approved based on the following conditions; <br />You have indicated you will be hauling in 80 yards of fill material. Fill material <br />will be place on the east side of your property. If you decide you need to bring in <br />any more than that you will need to contact the City to amend your permit, and if <br />the amount exceeds 100 yards you will need official approval from the City <br />Council. Silt fence needs to be installed at the base of the slope to prevent <br />material from entering the wetland to the east. <br />- The large cottonwood trees and underbrush near the existing gravel driveway on <br />the Rose Lane right-of-way will not be disturbed by this project. You will be <br />clearing weeds and brush from the slope on the south side your house. If you <br />decide to do additional work in the future and remove the trees you will contact <br />the City prior to beginning work. <br />- The tree removal that was discussed at the on-site meeting can continence at any <br />time. <br />- The fill project will not inhibit or alter the natural drainage pattern on the north <br />side of the Rose Lane right-of-way. Rain water and snow melt must be able to <br />flow east to the existing wetland. <br />- The wetland to the east of your property may not be disturbed for any reason. <br />- You indicated that you will be using the Rose Lane right-ol-way to access the 1111 <br />area. You will be required to repair any damage to the gravel caused by the <br />
