Staff approved the permit subject to the conditions included in the letter <br />sent to Mr. Roberto and included with this memo. <br />Mr. Roberto completed the tree removal in the areas where the fill will be placed and <br />realized that he needed additional fill to finish his project. He has requested bringing in <br />330 yards of fill rather than 80 yards. Since it is now over 100 yards the City Council <br />must approve the permit. <br />The City Engineer and I went out to the site and looked at it and everything appears to be <br />in accordance with the conditions of the original permit and the additional fill should not <br />change the flow of storm water or encroach on the wetland. Therefore, staff recommends <br />approving the amended fill permit for 308 Savage Lane subject to the same conditions of <br />the original permit. <br />
