Resolution declared adopted. <br />CONTRACT The City Administrator reported that Councilmember Montour would like <br />WITH CTV <br />to see the Veteran's Memorial video completed and received a bid of <br />FOR <br />$2,675 from CTV to complete the project. The city has exhausted the 100 <br />COMPLETION <br />hours of time that CTV provides annually due to the extra time needed for <br />OF <br />the city hall remodel and it was his understanding that the 100 hours will <br />VETERAN'S <br />be going away with the new franchise agreement. Councilmember <br />MEMORIAL <br />Montour had asked if the cost could come out of the Cable TV fund which <br />VIDEO <br />has a healthy balance even after all projects that have been done recently. <br />5 <br />
