MINUTES OT TH:E REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 26th day of <br />May, 2004 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />MAY 2G, 2004 <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Mr. Matt Anderson <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Mr. Tim LaValle <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />City Planner <br />City Engineer <br />Deputy Clerk <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Lee Elfering <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />AMEND The City Attorney recommended that the agenda be amended to <br />THE AGENDA reflect the calling for a closed session to discuss Dayspring Development, <br />Inc. versus the City of Little Canada as relates to the court's ruling and the <br />options available to the City. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RE.S'OL UTION NO. 2004-S-9H -AMENDING THE AGENDA TO <br />REFLECT AN AGENDA ITEM TO CALL FOR A CLOSED SE.S'SION <br />TO DLSCUSS DAYSPRING DEVELOPMENT, INC. VERSUS THE <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA A.S RELATES TO THE COURT'S <br />RULING AND TILE OPTIONS AVAIL A731 E TO THE CITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Montour, Fahey, Anderson. <br />Nays (0).
