MINUTES OT TH:E REGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 26th day of May, 2004 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. MAY 2G, 2004 Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following members of the City Council were present at roll call: CITY COUNCIL Mayor Council Member Council Member Council Member Council Member Mr. Michael I. Fahey Mr. Matt Anderson Mr. Bill Blesener Mr. Tim LaValle Mr. Rick Montour ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator City Attorney City Planner City Engineer Deputy Clerk Mr. Joel R. Hanson Mr. Tom Sweeney Mr. Steve Grittman Mr. Lee Elfering Ms. Kathy Glanzer AMEND The City Attorney recommended that the agenda be amended to THE AGENDA reflect the calling for a closed session to discuss Dayspring Development, Inc. versus the City of Little Canada as relates to the court's ruling and the options available to the City. Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RE.S'OL UTION NO. 2004-S-9H -AMENDING THE AGENDA TO REFLECT AN AGENDA ITEM TO CALL FOR A CLOSED SE.S'SION TO DLSCUSS DAYSPRING DEVELOPMENT, INC. VERSUS THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA A.S RELATES TO THE COURT'S RULING AND TILE OPTIONS AVAIL A731 E TO THE CITY The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Montour, Fahey, Anderson. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted.
