Resolution declared adopted. <br />At this point in the meeting, 10:45 p.m., the Council temporarily <br />adjourned into closed session. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-5-116 - AD.IOUI2MNG THE CLOSED <br />COUNCIL. MEETING AND RECONVENING THE REGULAR <br />COUNCIL. MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Anderson. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Anderson, Blesener, Montour, Fahey. <br />Nays (0).
