MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />CABLE TV <br />PRODUCER <br />MINUTES <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 9th day of June, <br />2004 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little <br />Canada Road in said City. <br />JUNE 9, 2004 <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Mr. Matt Anderson <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />Public Works Dir. <br />Cable TV <br />Deputy Clerk <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Mr. Greg Schroeder <br />Mr. Brandon Rickert <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />Mayor Fahey and the Council welcomed Brandon Rickert as the City's <br />new Cable TV Producer. <br />Mr. Blesener and Mr. Anderson indicated that the May 26, 2004 Regular <br />Council meeting minutes should be amended as follows: <br />Page 8, second paragraph, last sentence should be corrected to read <br />"this is one of the reasons why..."; <br />Page 9, Resolution 2004-5-100 should be corrected to read "would <br />be 46 feet based on..."; <br />Page 9, Resolution 2004-5-101 should be con~ected to read <br />"...AND 17 FEET OF RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR CONDIT <br />STREET"; <br />Page 23, first paragraph should be corrected to read "...that other <br />cities and the County will actualize." <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />
