MINUTES <br />CITY COiJNCIL <br />JULY 14, 2004 <br />CLOSED The City Attorney requested a closed session following the Council <br />SESSION meeting to discuss the litigation Simcha Plisner et al versus Sweeney, <br />Fahey, Hanson, and the City of Little Canada. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption <br />RESOI.UTIONNO. 2004-7-1511- TEMPORARII YADJOURNING <br />THE REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AND CONVENING A <br />CLOSED SESSION AS REQUESTED BY THE CITY ATTORNEY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Montour, Anderson, Fahey. <br />Nays (0).
