MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JULY 14, 2004 <br />The Administrator reported that City stafl'then met with the low bidder, <br />Frattalone Excavating, to discuss the changes, and they were accepting of <br />the changes. The Administrator estimated the changes would net a <br />$50,000 savings bringing total project costs more in line with the initial <br />estimates for the project. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-7-I47 - RECONSIDERING THE l ITTI E <br />CANADA TRAIL CONNECTION BH)S AS RECOMMENDED BY <br />CITY STAF7% <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Anderson. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Anderson, Blesener, Montour, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />PROHIBITION Council reviewed the recommendation of the Fire Chief and Fire Marshal <br />OF FIRES OR relative to the prohibition of f res or barbecues on balconies or patios. <br />BARBECUES Blesener noted that this makes the City Code consisted with the Fire Code <br />ON BALCONIES which the City adopted last February. <br />OR PATIOS <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-7-1 A9 - ADOPTING AN ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING SECTION 602 OF THE LITTLE CANADA MUNICIPAL. <br />CODE REI A "PING TO PROHIBITION OF CERTAIN OPEN FIRES" <br />ON BALCONIES <br />"the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Montour, Anderson, Fahey, LaValle. <br />Nays (0).
