Resolution declared adopted. <br />PROCLAMATION Acting Mayor LaValle read a proclamation recognizing retired <br />RETIRED Canadian Days members Beth Borland, Kathy Hanson, Virginia Smith, <br />CANADIAN Elaine Strantz, Betty Strohbeen, and Norm SYrohbeen for their years <br />DAYS MEMBERS of dedicated service as committee members. <br />I'INAL PLAT - Acting Mayor LaValle opened the public hearing to consider the Final <br />IIIDDEN ACRES Plat for Hidden Acres consisting of eleven (T I)single-family lots. The <br />Planning Commission has recommended approval of the Final Plat subject <br />
