MINUTES
CITY COUNCIL
JULY 28, 2004
The Council discussed this issue and the consensus was to not make it a
requirement that the Watershed review and approve prior to City action on
a preliminary plat. The Council felt that The Code provided the City
enough discretion to withhold its approval pending the Watershed's. It
was also noted that there is very little developable property left in Little
Canada, as a result, the issue should be very limited.
GREG IIOAG The Council reviewed the letter of resignation submitted by Greg Hoag
RESIGNATION who is moving to a position with the City of Falcon Ileights. Blesener
recommended denying the acceptance of Hoag's resignation. LaValle
indicated that Hoag has been an extremely valuable employee of the City,
and it was only with extreme regrets that the resignation should be
accepted. The City Administrator agreed that Hoag has been an
exemplary employee who takes pride in his job and goes above and
beyond the call of duty.
The Council wished Hoag much success on his future endeavor.
ADJOURN Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RF.SOI UTION NO. 2004-7-170 - ADJODRNING
The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Anderson.
Ayes (4) Montour, Anderson, Blesener, LaValle.
Nays (0).
