iVIINUTT/S <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JULY 28, 2004 <br />contacted Slumberland and questioned them about the wood burner, and <br />based on the answers to her questions, felt that Slumberland was doing <br />some exaggeration of their complaint. <br />Anish stated that the wood burner is not a nice neighbor, and pointed out <br />that during the heating season, it burns 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. <br />There was no one else from the general public present wishing to <br />comment on this matter. <br />Upon motion by Blesener, seconded by Montour, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2!104-7-I55 - DENYING THE VARIANCE TO <br />AL7 UW OUTDOOR STORAGE IN EaCBSS OF CODF. <br />LIMIT ATIONS AS TIIERF.
