iVIINUTT/S CITY COUNCIL JULY 28, 2004 contacted Slumberland and questioned them about the wood burner, and based on the answers to her questions, felt that Slumberland was doing some exaggeration of their complaint. Anish stated that the wood burner is not a nice neighbor, and pointed out that during the heating season, it burns 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. There was no one else from the general public present wishing to comment on this matter. Upon motion by Blesener, seconded by Montour, the public hearing was closed. Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2!104-7-I55 - DENYING THE VARIANCE TO AL7 UW OUTDOOR STORAGE IN EaCBSS OF CODF. LIMIT ATIONS AS TIIERF.
