MINUTES QF THE .REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />AUGUST 11, 2004 <br />Pursuant to due cal{ and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 11th day of <br />August, 2004 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Mr. Matt Anderson <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Mr. Ricl< Montour <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRISFNT <br />Council Member <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />Cable TV Prod. <br />Deputy Clerk <br />Mr. Jim LaVa11e <br />Mr. Joel R. I-Ianson <br />Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Mr. Brandon Rickert <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MIN'ITTES Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESO7.DTIONNO. 20114-8-I71-APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />TIIE JULY 28, 2004 REGU7 AR COUNG"77 MF_ET7NG AS <br />SU73MITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Anderson. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, Anderson, Montour, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CANADIAN On behalf of the Council, Mayor Fahey thanked the Canadian Days <br />DAYS Committee for their fantastic effort in putting on this year's Canadian <br />CELEBRATION Days Celebration. <br />CONllITIONAI., Mayor Pahey opened the continuation oi'public hearing to consider a <br />USE PERM7T - Conditional Use Permit to allow a second garage on a property in addition <br />31.5 SAVAGE to the existing attached garage at 3 ] 5 Savage Lane as requested by I{urt <br />LANE - Adelmann. ]t was noted Yhat the Planning Commission recommended <br />
