MINUTES CITY COUNCIL AUGUST ]], 2004 the Watershed to ensure that it adequately addresses the situation. The Administrator noted the cooperative nature of the Hidden Acres developer and felt that any needed adjustments in grading will be made. Walstead asked how early construction vehicles can begin work. The City Administrator thought that construction equipment can be operated as early as 7 a.m. The Administrator recommended that Mr. Walstead or any of the property owners in the area notify the Sheriff's Department if there are any violations of this ordinance. Fahey assured Mr. Walstead that the City will attempt to do its best to resolve his concerns. COUNCIL Council Member Matt Anderson submitted a letter of resignation from his MEMBT'i;R position on the City Council. Anderson noted that due to family needs, he ANDERSON'S has purchased a home in another City, and regrettably has to vacate his RESIGNATION Council seat upon his move. Mayor Fahey and the Council thanked Council Member Anderson for his dedicated service on the Council, noting that his absence will be a loss to the City as he was a strong contributor on the Council. Fahey suggested that acceptance of Council Member Anderson's resignation regrettably occur upon his move out of Little Canada, which may be as early as August 31", but could possibly be into September. Ayes (3) Fahey, Blesener, Montour. Nays (0). Abstains (1) Anderson. Resolution declared adopted. Noting that Council Member Anderson's teens on the Little Canada City Council expires on December 31, 2004, it was the consensus of the Council to wait until after the November 2"`~ election, and immediately appoint the person elected to his seat to fill his unexpired term, which would be the months of November and December, 2004.
