Resolution declared adopted. <br />HIDDEN I{im Walstead, Yorl<ton ILdge, appeared before the Council and expressed <br />ACRES concern about the proposed holding pond that is part of the Hidden Acres <br />developiroent. Walstead stated that he was worried about both water <br />saturation of his property as well as water run-off from Bidden Acres onto <br />his property. Ile noted that one corner of his lot is approximately 2 'h feet <br />lower than the Hidden Acres property. Walstead stated that he would like <br />to see a liner installed in the Hidden Acres pond as well as be assured that <br />the grading is such as to prevent run-off onto his property. <br />The City Administrator reported that he has met on site with the <br />Walstead's, the Watershed, and the developer recently, and the <br />developer's engineer is currently revising the grading and drainage plan to <br />address Mr. Walstead's concerns. One solution may be to install a berm <br />to prevent run-off into the low area oPthe Walstead property. Once the <br />revised grading plan is ready, it will be reviewed by the City Engineer and <br />]0 <br />
