MINUTES OF THE RUGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />AUGUST 25, 2004 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 25th day of <br />August, 2004 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br /> CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Michael I. Irahey <br /> Council Member Mr. Matt Anderson <br /> Council Member Mr. Bi(( Blesener <br /> Council Member Mr. Tim LaValle <br /> Council Member Mr. Rick Montour <br /> ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator NIr. Joel R. Hanson <br /> City Attorney Mr. Tom Sweeney <br /> City Planner Mr. Steve Grittman <br /> City Engineer Mr. Lee Elfering <br /> Cable TV Prod. Mr. Brandon Rickert <br /> Deputy Clerk Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />HISTORICAL, Mayor Fahey thanked the Historical Society for t heir $] 0,000 donation <br />SOCIETY toward repayment of the building fund. <br />DONATION <br />MINUTES Mr. Blesener introduced the following reso lution and moved its adoption: <br />RF.SOL IITION NO. 2004-8- I85 -~1 PPROVING 7HE MINUTES OF <br />THE ~ IIGUST Il, 2004 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />S(J73MIT~ED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Anderson, Montour, Fahey, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />PROPERTY Mayor Fahey opened the Public Hearing to consider a Property Division <br />DIVISTON - subdividing a parcel of property into two single-family lots for 761 <br />7GI LAHORE LaBore Road as requested by Patricia Erickson. Fahey noted that the <br />ROAD - Planning Commission has recommended approval subject to compliance <br />ERICKSON with the recommendations of the City Planner. <br />
