Resolution declared adopted.
CUP EOI2 Fahey opened the Public Hearing to consider a Conditional Use Permit
SECOND allowing two garages at 782 Allen Avenue, one attached and one detached
GARAGE - as requested by James Kulousek. Fahey noted that the Planning
782 ALLEN Commission recommended approval subject to compliance with the
AVENUE - recommendations of the City Planner.
KULOUSEK
Kulousek indicated that the Flannel's recommendations were acceptable
and he would comply with them.
Steve Hilaud appeared before the Council and repoi7~ed that while the
second garage was acceptable to him, he questioned why the attached
garage was not designed to he larger. Hiland reported that he concern is
that last Sunday evening there were three AT V's being operated on the
Inman property. The operators were retying their engines and racing back
and forth making a great deal of noise. Hiland was concerned that the
construction of additional garage space would result in more ATV's in the
area and more disturbance.
Kulousek reported that he does not own an ATV and will not be storing
any in his garage space. Kulousek indicated that he owns two classic cars
and will be storing those vehicles in the second garage.
Montour suggested that any fuirther distwbances should be reported to the
Sheriff's Department.
I~iland indicated that he does not object to the use of ATV's in the area as
long as they are operated discretely and with respect for the neighborhood.
