Resolution declared adopted. <br />VARIANCE Fahey opened the Public Hearing from the Shoreland District setback to <br />h'ROM allow replacement and extension of a retaining wall at 1-43 Round Lake <br />SHORELAND Trail as requested by the Round Lake Trail Townltome Association. It <br />DISTRICT was noted that the City Planner, City Engineer, and Planning Commission <br />SETBACK - have recommended approval of the Varia~ice as replacement of the wall <br />ROUND LAKE is necessary to maintain the condition of the property. <br />TRAIL <br />TOWNHOMF,S There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by LaValle, seconded by Anderson, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UT lON NO. 2004-8-790 -APPROVING THE VARIANCE <br />FROM THE SHORELAM) DISTRICT SETBACK TO ALLOW <br />REP] ACEMENT AND Ea TENSION OF A RETAINING WALL AT I - <br />43 ROUND LAKE TRAl7_ AS REQUESTED BY THE ROUND LAKE <br />TRAIL TOWNHOME ASSOCIATION CONTINGENT ON <br />COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY <br />I'I ANNER, CITY ENGINEER, AM) PLANNING COMMISSION <br />
