Ayes (5) :LaValle, Fahey, Montow', Blesener, Anderson. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. PROPERTY Fahey opened the public hearing to consider a Property Division allowing DIVISION & a (ot line adjustment and a Variance to allow a building on a lot with no VARIANCE - direct public sU'eet frontage at 3069 Arcade Street as requested by Oscar 3069 A~RCAD.E Lane. Fahey noted that the Planning Commission has recommended STREET - approval. OSCAR LANE Fahey noted this the situation is unique in that the flag lot behind 3069 Arcade Street is an existing lot of record. He commented, however, that he would be opposed to any future subdivision of that property. Mr. Lane stated that he had no objection to Yhat position. There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on this matter. Upon motion by LaValle, seconded by Montour, the public hearing was closed.
