Resolution declared adopted. <br />PROPERTY Fahey opened the public hearing to consider a Property Division allowing <br />DIVISION & a (ot line adjustment and a Variance to allow a building on a lot with no <br />VARIANCE - direct public sU'eet frontage at 3069 Arcade Street as requested by Oscar <br />3069 A~RCAD.E Lane. Fahey noted that the Planning Commission has recommended <br />STREET - approval. <br />OSCAR LANE <br /> Fahey noted this the situation is unique in that the flag lot behind 3069 <br /> Arcade Street is an existing lot of record. He commented, however, that <br /> he would be opposed to any future subdivision of that property. <br />Mr. Lane stated that he had no objection to Yhat position. <br />There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by LaValle, seconded by Montour, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RFb'O7 UTION N0. 2004-8-19T - APPROVING A PROPERTY <br />DIVISION ALI OWING A LOT L INE ADJUSTMENT F'OR 3069 <br />ARCADE STREET AS WELL.
