MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />L11'TLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />SEPTEMI3ER 8, 2004 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened ou the 8°i day of <br />September, 2004 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br />515 Little C~urada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Hanson <br />Mr. Greg Schroeder <br />Mr. Jim Morelan <br />Ms. Shelly RueckerC <br />Mr. Brandon Rickert <br />Ms. Ka17~y Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. Montour introduced the Following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESO7 UTION NO. 200A-9-I98 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE AUGUST 25, 2004 REGULAR COUNC77. MEIs'T7NG f1.4 <br />SU73MITT~D <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (4) Montour, Blesener, Fahey, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />COUNCIL Mayor Fahey recognized and tha~rked Matt Anderson for his dedicated <br />MEMBER service to the City of Little Canada during his term as Council Member. <br />ANDERSON Anderson recently moved out of the City has had to resign his seat as <br />Council Member. <br />VACATION Mayor Fahey opened the Public Hearing to consider the vacation of <br />O:F' certain drainage and utility easements that are a part of the Hamel Estates <br />DRAINAGE plat. It was noted that the Public Works ,Director has recommended <br />AND vacation of the subject easements. <br />UTILITY <br />EASEMENTS There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />
