MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL L11'TLE CANADA, MINNESOTA SEPTEMI3ER 8, 2004 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened ou the 8°i day of September, 2004 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little C~urada Road in said City. Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:45 p.m. and the Following members of the City Council were present at roll call: CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Council Member Council Member Council Member Mr. Michael I. Fahey Mr. Bill Blesener Mr. Jim LaValle Mr. Rick Montour ALSO PRESENT City Administrator Public Works Dir. Parks & Rec Dir. Accounting Supvr. Cable TV Producer Deputy Clerk Mr. Joel R. Hanson Mr. Greg Schroeder Mr. Jim Morelan Ms. Shelly RueckerC Mr. Brandon Rickert Ms. Ka17~y Glanzer MINUTES Mr. Montour introduced the Following resolution and moved its adoption: RESO7 UTION NO. 200A-9-I98 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE AUGUST 25, 2004 REGULAR COUNC77. MEIs'T7NG f1.4 SU73MITT~D The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. Ayes (4) Montour, Blesener, Fahey, LaValle. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. COUNCIL Mayor Fahey recognized and tha~rked Matt Anderson for his dedicated MEMBER service to the City of Little Canada during his term as Council Member. ANDERSON Anderson recently moved out of the City has had to resign his seat as Council Member. VACATION Mayor Fahey opened the Public Hearing to consider the vacation of O:F' certain drainage and utility easements that are a part of the Hamel Estates DRAINAGE plat. It was noted that the Public Works ,Director has recommended AND vacation of the subject easements. UTILITY EASEMENTS There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on this matter.
