MINUTES CITY COUNCIL SEPTEMBER 8, 2004 Upon motion by Fahey, seconded by Blesener, the public hearing was closed. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOI. UTION ND. 2004-9-199 -VACATING CERTAIN DRAINAC,E AND UTILITY EASEMENTS WITHIN THE HAMEI. ESTATES AS RECOMMENDED 73Y THE PU73I,IC WORKS DIRECTOR The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. Ayes (4) Blesener, Montour, LaValle, Fabey, Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. CONSENT Blesener asked if the owners of the Little Canada Bingo Flall were AGENDA agreeable to continuing to work with the City on bingo hall rent levels. The City Administrator reported that the owners had agreed to reduced rent levels through the first quarter of 2005. Tt was suggested that the City Administrator discuss this issue with the owners oPthe bingo hall prior to action on the license renewal.
